Before Alaska, there was Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana, all of which has influenced the home style cooking you'll find at Harley's Old Thyme Cafe.

At Harley's Cafe the breakfast and lunch menu are peppered with southern dishes such as smoky sweet beef brisket, pan fried catfish and fried okra. We make our southern style country sausage gravy daily from scratch, along with a homemade true authentic chicken fried steak that is never frozen, cut straight from the roast and hand-tenderized when you order it.
